The Sage Group Facilitators

The Sage Group has a large network of facilitators skilled in facilitating technical and soft skills content using adult learning methodology. Regardless of geographic location, well-trained facilitators present our course offerings with extensive background in the components necessary to create a real-world learning experience appropriate for the client.

Each facilitator completes a two-day Train-the-Trainer workshop that is designed around the industry standards for adult learning and facilitation. In addition to mastery of these industry standards, our facilitators are also schooled in SageEmpathic Learning Method (S.E.L.M.), our unique style of facilitation. This extensive and rigorous train-the-trainer process ensures that each client receives a consistent, high-quality facilitative experience for the participants.
